Can't See a Vehicle or Live Video

If a bus isn't showing up in MobileLink, or it shows up but live video won't load, work through these steps.

1. Is the vehicle on?

Live tracking and video only work while the vehicle is running and the system has power. A parked, powered-off bus will not appear live.

2. Give it a few minutes

After a vehicle starts up, the recorder and router take a couple of minutes to boot and connect. If you just started it, wait a few minutes and refresh.

3. Check the lights

Look at the status lights: - Router blinking red or dark → it's a connection/power issue on that vehicle. Report it. - Everything looks normal but it's still not online → note it and report it; sometimes a recorder needs a restart by a technician.

4. It tracks on the map but won't show live video

This usually points to a connection setting on that specific vehicle that we adjust remotely — it's not something you've done wrong. Let us know which bus and we'll look into it.

One vehicle offline is usually that vehicle. Several vehicles offline at once can point to a bigger issue — mention that when you contact us, it helps us a lot.
